Practices
- Teams range in age from 10U-17U (depending on interest at the time of tryouts).
- Teams usually carry 10-11 players (with 1-2 practice players).
- Average cost is $1,900-$2,900, paid in monthly installments and varies based on the individual teams tournament schedule.
- Tryouts will be held on Saturday, August 24th and Sunday, August 25th
- Signing will be held on Sunday, September 8th

- All practices are held at the Rocky Mount Event Center in downtown Rocky Mount.
- All practices from August through October are held once a week on Wednesdays from 7-9pm
- All practices from November through April are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-9pm.

- Each team competes in a combination of 2-day and 3-day tournaments sanctioned by Carolina Region, JVA, AAU, & USAV.
- Each team competes in 7-9 tournaments from January to April.
- Most 2-day tournaments are played at the Rocky Mount Event Center. All others 2-day tournaments are announced by signing.
